BrewDog co-founder James Watt has officially submitted an offer to buy back the brewery just months after it was acquired by Tilray Brands.

If successful, Watt says he plans to return ownership to thousands of former "Equity Punk" investors who lost their shares and put the BrewDog community back at the heart of the company. Whether Tilray is interested in selling remains unknown.

I finally got my hands on the infamous beer vest, and yes… it's a real thing.

It holds a surprising amount of beer, but filling it, cleaning it, and wearing it in Arizona summer heat definitely made for an interesting first impression. I'm not ready to give it a final verdict yet. I'll be putting it through more tests on future episodes of Between Two Beers before deciding if it's actually worth the money.
