Oro Brewing Company

Oro Brewing in Mesa, AZ. A hidden gem in Arizona’s growing craft beer scene. Located in the revitalized Main Street area, Oro is surrounded by other breweries, a cidery, and a distillery, making it a great stop for beer lovers and day drinkers alike.

The brewery has a cozy, neighborhood bar vibe with a solid selection of craft beers, including English-style ales and some surprises. The sour I tried was perfectly balanced—tart and refreshing. Though the space is small, it’s comfortable, with a small patio for enjoying pints in the sun. The staff, including both the bartender and owner, were friendly and eager to share their beer knowledge.

While there’s not much food beyond snacks (chips), the surrounding area offers plenty of dining options. Oro’s focus is on great beer, and it delivers on that front.

I highly recommend stopping by Oro if you’re in the area. Don’t forget to check out their merch (I picked up a hat). The bathrooms were clean and functional—nothing fancy, but that’s fine for a brewery.

If you’re in Mesa, Oro Brewing is a must-visit for top-notch craft beer in a laid-back setting.
