Proper Brewing – Moab, Utah- Moab is one of our all-time favorite destinations. Whether you’re exploring Arches or Canyonlands National Parks, wandering the state parks, or just hiking through the desert, the landscape is nothing short of otherworldly. You can pick any direction and be rewarded with jaw-dropping views. And after a full day of adventure in the Southwest? You need good beer.
🍺 The beer? A fantastic selection of styles—we especially loved Blizzard Wizard, Yacht Rock, and Leisurebrau. Perfect winter brews after a day in the fresh air.
🍽️ The food? From what we remember (thanks, beers), it hit the spot! The kids were happy with burgers and an Oreo shake—yes, we shamelessly stole a few sips.
🧼 Restrooms? Clean and sufficient.
🧢 Merch? Great merch! We snagged a Leisurebrau tee featuring a desert arch and hammock—still one of our favorites.
✨ Vibe Check: So here’s the deal: we visited twice. The dining room was super kid-friendly and casual (great for dusty, sweaty adventurers). But we didn’t realize the bar area was separate—classic out-of-towners! On date night, we found the bar had a more classic brewery vibe—adult, relaxed, and perfect for a beer-forward evening. Both spaces are laid-back and welcoming.
Bottom line: The perfect place to unwind before heading back to your home base. A great lineup of beers, friendly people, and solid food make it an ideal way to end a day outdoors.
